Sara Ortiz is Economic-Financial Director of CIC energiGUNE since 2016.

She joined CIC energiGUNE in 2010 as Deputy to the Corporate Development Department, collaborating in the start-up phase of the centre. Previously, she worked at Management Solutions as a senior consultant in quality systems projects and in various projects in the field of analytical accounting.

From the area that she leads, the following main functions are developed: Responsible for the management system: including monitoring of the Strategic Plan Scorecard

• Budget management and monitoring
• Financial Accounting
• Analytical accounting of the development of the projects including economic justifications of the projects of Non-Economic Activity.
• Purchasing
• Legal support and compliance

She has a degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master in Management Development from the Universidad Comercial de Deusto. She has completed additional training in team leadership and coaching as well as in Advanced Management Systems.
